This hotel was so charming. All the little touches like the memory books, maps and history of the area. A great thing was the built in universal adaptors as Korea has sunken outlets that don’t always suit our Australian global adaptors. Loved this feature! The bed and pillows were also super comfy and the location was so convenient. The staff were very helpful with suggesting restaurants and things to do. Breakfast was also delicious. It was a wonderful room to relax in as well as we had a couple of rainy days that weren’t optimal for outside adventuring

The staff were extremely kind and made our stay exceptional. Laundry service was also convenient.

Everything... the room, bath tube with sky view, spa, sauna, massage, breakfast, food... all was perfect. I could visit Seul just to stay at this hotel one more time.

Excellent property, facilities and exceptional staff, well located

What a gem. This hotel's unbeatable location right at the night market is a major highlight. It's incredibly convenient - one bus ride from the airport, with the stop only a 3-minute walk away. The staff were simply marvelous, accommodating us with an early check-in and assisting in arranging a taxi for our early flight. The rooms themselves were fantastic, offering comfort and style. A superb choice for travelers seeking convenience and exceptional service.

We are family of four (2 kids 2 adults). The hotel staff have been super helpful and friendly right from the very beginning to the end of our stay. They were friendly to the kids and gave them small gifts (it was halloween) and colouring gift boxes. Every where we go there are smiley faces. Room is spacious and clean. Convenient store under the hotel so we can buy things that we need. Breakfast was nice and they even helped to take photos and put our kids face on our cappuccino. We didn’t ask for it. The staff have been so eager to help and we are pampered.

If you are looking for a place to stay, especially for a longer period, look no further than the Goyoo Inn. Our experience was perfect, largely due to the most AMAZING staff we have ever encountered. They are not just friendly; they became like family. This was especially true during a challenging time when we were recovering from surgery. The staff's care was extraordinary: they helped with flight reservations, consistently brought us water, managed our room cleaning and fresh towels with impeccable timing, and were always attentive to our overall well-being. They even went so far as to set up a WhatsApp account just to ensure we could communicate with them easily and comfortably. As for the property itself, it is wonderfully quiet, ensuring a restful stay. While the room was on the smaller side (even if we had a suite), it was exceptionally comfortable. And the beds... the beds are the best we've ever slept in, topped with very high-end linens that made every night feel luxurious. We have never experienced such top-notch, heartfelt service. By the end of our stay, we had created a genuine bond with every staff member, and we were truly sad to return home. Thank you to the entire Goyoo Inn team for transforming a simple stay into an unforgettable experience of care and kindness. We cannot recommend them highly enough and will definitely be back!

Convenient, little apartment with all you need inside, kitchen, washing machine etc.

Cleanliness and the building seems fairly new
