AMAZING HOTEL EXCELLENT PRICE VS. QUALITY

Staff was very friendly and nice.

Our family, including my son, recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seoul. From the moment we booked our room, we experienced the hotel's heartfelt service. Even before our arrival, the concierge helped us reserve a restaurant. When we checked in, the front desk staff presented my son with an adorable stuffed dog. Upon entering our room, we found my son's name and our check-in date written in colorful paint on the window, along with a delicious assortment of macarons. Each time we went out, the staff courteously called taxis for us. The breakfasts were delightful, and the unique chocolate fountain was a special treat. Overall, I would recommend the Four Seasons Hotel to everyone, and I definitely look forward to staying there again.

Hotel is located in the city center which makes it easy to reach metro, restaurants and shops. It is very clean, staff is very friendly, rooms are just about size for 3 people. In the room there is coffee machine, tea and even complimentary minibar. Shower and bathtub in the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room had everything you might need, even the floor heating. The employee at reception gave a lot of good recommendations and showed us every attraction near the hotel (there are a lot) on the map they provided. Also, we had bad luck with the weather, so all our clothes and shoes were soaked through. They offered us laundry, and when we said we had no time for it, unfortunately, they gave us a fan so we could dry everything in our room. We really enjoyed our stay there, thank you!

We are family of four (2 kids 2 adults). The hotel staff have been super helpful and friendly right from the very beginning to the end of our stay. They were friendly to the kids and gave them small gifts (it was halloween) and colouring gift boxes. Every where we go there are smiley faces. Room is spacious and clean. Convenient store under the hotel so we can buy things that we need. Breakfast was nice and they even helped to take photos and put our kids face on our cappuccino. We didn’t ask for it. The staff have been so eager to help and we are pampered.

Beautiful room. Spacious, clean. Great bathroom. Feels luxurious. Reception staff were super friendly and even upgraded our room for us. They also offered free luggage storage which was super helpful. Rooftop offers free coffee and seating space. Highly recommend.

The Hanok was really beautiful and so different from a customary hotel. The breakfast at One Cafe was excellent. Above all the staff were charming and attentive to all our needs. The focus on guest satisfaction was amongst the highest we have ever encountered. Exceptional hospitality in a stand out location!
