The hotel seems a little hidden at first, bit it's very modern and very well equipped. Even though I don't speak Russian, the two ladies in charge managed to communicate well with me and even catered to my extra wishes (such as storing my luggage after check-out). The room is super nice, even with tea and water provided. It was very clean and calm. I would definitely stay here again!

I rarely stayed in any hotel with such a great value for money. The rooms are modern, spacious and perfectly clean, breakfast is good, the location is very good and in walking distance to the Mausoleum. The spa area and gym are as well very modern and inviting. Plus, you get free tickets for the flying theater and the family entertainment center. It doesn’t get much better than this and was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our Kazakhstan vacation.
