The hotel seems a little hidden at first, bit it's very modern and very well equipped. Even though I don't speak Russian, the two ladies in charge managed to communicate well with me and even catered to my extra wishes (such as storing my luggage after check-out). The room is super nice, even with tea and water provided. It was very clean and calm. I would definitely stay here again!

The service from the staff was exceptional. They are very conscious of your needs and try their best to accommodate. Despite language barriers they still made efforts to understand and were very honest. You just need to be patient and have Google translate on. Room was stocked with a variety of teas, coffee, bottled water and a kettle. Also other amenities like an iron, washing machine and even slippers! Fridge was also big enough for us to store leftovers. Our room also had a couch, which made unwinding in the evening very easy. Room was super clean, the staff work very hard clearly to keep the place tidy. Biggest selling point is the rooms and the staff. The place seems to be run by some hard working ladies who are always available to help regardless of the hour.

Best hotel in my whole travel of the country. Room was spacious, clean, sound proof and good. The smart tv was actually working and didn't buffer while we watched a movie. Location wise also good you will be able to see local life if you roam around a bit. Bathroom had all amenities and clean. You can also purchase souvenir near the reception area and prices are reasonable got a ship from them.
