Room was very clean. The place was beautiful and peaceful. Only problem is that how you get there. Get the taxi what hotel offers you! You get there easier

Best hotel in Laos! We spent 4 nights at the Riviera Champasak and we appreciated of course the river view, tha garden but the staff (in particular Mr T.) really makes the difference in terms of customer service. They were so careful to every single detail, always smiling and fast to accomodate any request. They arranged the tour (driver) at the 4000 islands 100$ and the airport transfer to Ubon (Thailand). A very positive feedback also for the restaurant. I really enjoyed the food (local and western). The rooms are basic but the river view is worthed. We also used the bycicles (for free) and we cycled to Champasak centre (around 4km) and they also organized a scooter for 140k kip. Thank you for the great experience. I

all the staff are amazing.. Shuttle in and out of town was a big plus..staff helped with everything..Getting sim card..shuttle from airport and to the train station.. Everything was perfect...

Had a super awesome stay at Maison Vongpachay! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Location: situated in a quieter street, which is less than a kilometer away from Night Market, Phousi Hill, Wat Xieng Thong, etc. There is an interesting wat (Visounath) just across and a supermarket on the next (parallel) street. The mansion: I cannot call it a hotel 'coz it's like a huge house repurposed as an accommodation hostel. Only two floors, with reception area, with a huge breakfast area, and huge rooms too! It has a very homey and provincial feel, you can actually just sit there on the long wooden bench, read a book, and listen to the wind. Love the vibes. Room: Room we stayed in is good for three, with one king size bed and one bigger-than-normal single bed. Beds are firm (which is good for my back). Room is super spacious, and there is a long bench outside the room which serves as the "balcony". All rooms on the 2nd floor has it, while first floor rooms don't. Ref, electric kettle, coffee, tea, complimentary water are provided. The room, the floors, everything is super clean and tidy. Btw, I think it depends on the type of reservation, but our room comes with free breakfast everyday.👍 Toilet: Toilet amenities and towels are replenished every day. Has bidet and hot/cold shower. The owner: Jessica is awesome! She warmly welcomed us upon arrival and mafe sure we are happy with the room assigned to us. She's always there at the breakfast area to make sure we get our food soon as we order. Very hands on. She also offers tour packages to visitors and can buy train tickets including transfers. Others: The mansion has wifi. The whole place is very quiet when we visited, even the noise from surroundings are acceptable. There is a resto just across the mansion. And there are vendor stalls at the corner street where you can buy snacks!

Great Stay in Luang Prabang! This hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect—quiet but close to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Breakfast had a great variety, and I loved starting my day with fresh fruit and pastries. The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and was a real treat after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend!

Our stay was excellent! Staff was super caring and kind, always ready to help us plan our day and make the most of our time. The hotel is gorgeous, very small and comfortable feels like the type of place to relax and unwind. I couldn’t recommend more!

Perfect location, the wifi works well, there are full amenities, spacious with a very good bed and mattress, the staff is friendly. I would stay with another Next time I come to a very beautiful and luxurious hotel. I will come back on my next business trip
