The staff were amazing...so helpful and accommodating. Chang and Chuong went above and beyond from finding us wine glasses to getting sim cards and setting up our phones. They also made recommendations for restaurants and gave us tips for seeing the sights. They greeted all the guests every morning with big smiles and you felt like you were part of a family! The staff seemed to take such pride in their work and that was evident from the exceptional cleanliness to the great breakfast.
