The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and relaxing. I truly appreciated the excellent service and genuine hospitality from the whole team. Just a short stay, but a wonderful one. The staff were friendly and made me feel safe as a solo female traveller. Walking around the neighbourhood and to Hamra Street was easy and felt safe too. The hotel airport shuttle was great too esp for an early morning flight!

They had a wide variety for breakfast, I came from Australia and was very skeptical about the quality of food but honestly it felt like I was eating in a 5 star resort in Sydney

Amazing hotel, we definitely recommend it! The breakfast and restaurant are amazing- the food is delicious and it is so beautiful to sit in the terrace. The staff are very friendly and nice. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. This was our favorite hotel in Lebanon. We asked the hotel for a driver. Mr. Jalal was exceptional, we definitely recommend his services. Great driver and a very friendly man. We felt safe at all times and the car was very comfortable with AC.

Matar residence is one of the greatest hotels I stayed at. All the staff are nice people and helpful. MR Michael is an amazing owner who is very professional and supportive. He makes staying here wonderful. This is another home away from home. I do recommend this place for everyone visiting Lebanon.

La Maison Des Cedres is something special. It has been built as a labour of love and is beautifully designed. From the moment you arrive - you feel like you're in a special place. The location is nothing short of spectacular and the surrounding scenery is simply amazing. The rooms and entire hotel is designed and furnished exquisitely and we had a wonderful stay. Although it was cold outside - our rooms were cosy and warm. The bar and restaurant area is warm and classy with a beautiful fireplace and view across the nearby mountains. Petro the manager is one of the most friendly people and looked after us with great care. He went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful stay and even went in his car to pick up some food from a nearby restaurant for us. We loved every minute of the stay and posted loads of pictures on Instagram and facebook! A memorable experience that we will not forget!

My wife and I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception team greeted us warmly, making us feel instantly welcome. Throughout our stay, the staff's friendliness and professionalism were evident, especially the attentive F&B team, Tony, Marianne & Jimmy who ensured our dining experience was exceptional. A highlight was the sweet gesture of the kunafa crepe, a delightful treat😋.The hotel's amenities were fantastic, and the room was both comfortable and clean with a stunning sea view. They have an amazing heated pool, steam room and sauna, perfect in the rainy cold weather... Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to return!
