Everything! You feel welcomed. The hotel team at the reception is super professional. The room was fabulous. City centre easily reachable by tram, for free. Nice area to explore by foot. Dog friendly.

The location was absolutely wonderful, such a charming part of Luxembourg to stay in. The hotel is really cute with only 4 rooms, and the staff is extremely kind. The room was fantastic, clean and we loved how it didn't feel like your typical chain hotel. I have nothing negative to say, absolute 10 out of 10 and we will be recommending to all our friends.

The room is very modern, spacious, love the bed linens and towels. Breakfast was fresh and had everything what we wanted. We had a great stay there. Will go back again.

First of all, Luxembourg city is a complete love from the first site! And this hotel in the very heart of walking tourists area in old city part - was the best decision of whole trip. The interior of the hotel is absolutely stunning, you would enjoy both interesting views in the bars and restaurants and in the rooms as well. Though the hotel itself is relatively small, and you should get through corridors and minimalistic halls to different parts of the hotel, it is still very cozy and sweet. As it was my birthday, my husband ordered a romantic greeting for our room with flowers, champagne and candles. It was lovely :) I would like to separately thank the front office manager Mr. Thibault who was super friendly and welcoming, taking care of our short stay in all respects. Every thing was perfect, the location, cleanliness, staff specially Mr. Hegazy who was very helpful and gentle and give me a clear guide to visit the city.

The whole place and facilities were excellent.

A modern hotel, friendly and nice staff, you don t need to make check in or check out and don t lose time. Free parking ouside, close to the city with car or free bus. Very good breakfast! The food from the restaurant is amazing! We kindly recommend! If we will come back, we will definetly choose again this hotel! Excellend value for the money! Thank you guys! Best regards!

Very good and comfortable hotel. We had a room with balcony, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Excellent breakfast with good variety of food, tasty coffee.

Before we checked into the INNSIDE we have just spent more than a week in the Netherland and Belgium and were pleasantly surprised by the relaxing and friendly atmosphere in this new hotel. The staff are super friendly. The room is very clean and furnished in a simple but effective style, we felt very relaxed and comfortable in it. The free minibar is also a very nice touch. The breakfast really exceeded our expectation esp. how well the staff served quite a high number of customers. The location is bit out of the way but with the free bus service we had no trouble at all to get around wherever we wanted to go. This was the last stop of our holiday and undoubtedly the best!!!
