Everything! Wonderful stay in the desert! The staff is excellent and extremely attentive. Excellent dinner, and we especially appreciated the rare taijine from the desert! A camel stroll to watch the sunrise is highly recommended; we enjoyed it! The desert camp is fully equipped, including lovely tents, comfortable mattresses, a shower, and a toilet. Sandboarding can also be practised for free. They have a large dune nearby that offers a wonderful view of the Sahara desert from the top! Best desert camp in merzouga

Everything. My new brothers Youssef and Mohamed were great - really made us feel welcome. Also helped with anything that we needed. The place is just like - if not better - than what you see in the pictures. Their kitchen is great - their beef tangine was out of this world. If you are visiting Merzouga stay at least 1 day here. You will not regret it.

We reached at Merzouga around 4:30 pm. The camels were ready to take us. They have another hotel here, where guests can take rest. It’s nice. However our camel took 1.5 hrs to reach the camp. On the way to camp we enjoyed the magnificent Sunset. They served the dinner at 7:30 pm. Food was truly amazing and delicious. After the dinner the campfire started. The Moroccan culture and the songs were so soothing. After the night no one should miss the splendid Sunrise. We checkout after the mouth watering breakfast.

It’s the perfect place to disconnect, relax, and recharge. The food deserves a special mention. Without exaggeration, it was the best food we had in all of Morocco. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with such care that dining became an experience in itself. Sharing meals here felt authentic and warm, making us feel at home even while being so far away. What stood out most was how relaxing everything felt. Whether it was sitting under the stars, enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings, or simply having tea in peace, every moment at Dunes Clave was pure serenity. We had the most peaceful and wonderful time in Marie’s and Hamid’s care! They prepared the most beautiful dinners and we spent one evening chatting. The setting was quiet amongst the palm trees, the birds were singing and the stars were amazingly bright. It was heaven.

We were well looked after by Hassan, his brothers, and the staffs. Very good location, the camp is new, private, and perfect for sunrise and star photos. Our room is beautifully decorated and spacious. Breakfast and dinner are generous and tasty. Excellent Berber music performance and campfire at night. We joined the camel rides and quad biking with them, the arrangement was good too. Highly recommended! Big thanks to Hassan’s team again!
