We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Vissi d'Arte, and I must say, it was an experience that has surpassed all our expectations. Great location, great food, and great base to discover Budva. The amenities of the hotel along with room views are also top-notch. But what really made our trip special was Mario from the reception. He was always around to help, whether it was finding a good place to eat or just giving advice on what to see in the city. Nothing was too much trouble for him (even sending an postcards for us!).

We wanted a nice place near Ostrog Monastery to do an early visit there, and Hotel Sokolane delivered perfectly. A little bit more than 10 minutes drive from the nonastery, Sokoline has great views of the surrounding area (including the valley, the hills and the monastery itself). You can enjoy the views either from the restaurant upstairs (where breakfast is also served) or the balcony of your own room which is otherwise spacious, clean and comfortable.
