The room size is really big, very spacious, there are also bathtub available in the bathroom. The hotel just located near the Venetian / Londoner / Parisian hotel, we can just walk across the street and take photos with the beautiful Big Ben and Eiffell Tower. The ferris wheel located at the center of the building is also a special scenery for great photos. There is a link bridge to the LRT Lotus Station. Easy to travel to the Taipa Ferry Terminal and Macau International Airport. Lots of restaurant choice in the hotel for variety of delicious food.

The best hotel stay ever. Owen from reception went out of his way to ensure we had a flawless experience. Most unique experience. High quality of ingredients for breakfast. Will definitely visit here again. Perfect location. Amel from reception was most welcoming, the staff ensure we were well looked after for taxis etc. We are truly appreciative for all the attention and quality delivered by the staff here.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip, even though we were only there for one night. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. The hotel’s location was excellent, with bus stops nearby and close to other tourist attractions. We chose to have breakfast, which was outstanding—one of the best we’ve ever had. Guests can choose between a Western or Chinese-style breakfast, and we opted for both. The food was very filling and delicious, and the staff were attentive. The hotel rooms were very clean, and it was a pleasant surprise to find free drinks and snacks provided. Even better, we received a free upgrade to our room. We didn’t have high expectations before arriving, but the experience far exceeded them. We will definitely return if we stay in Macau again!
