Hotels in Macao

The elegantly decorated room was very spacious with a separate dressing room. We had a terrific view of the Cotai strip and it was amazing at night with all the lights. The free minibar was a bonus! Hotel lobby was quiet and serene after the chaos in the casinos. Staff was excellent and efficient particularly Jeffrey the concierge and Carol at reception. Walking distance to Taipa village.

Very good service Wonderful experience

Room is very spacious and the pillows and bed are very comfortable. Staff responded very quickly when we reported an issue with our room. Glass was very well cleaned, no water stains at all.

The staff were just fantastic! Impeccable service. They all went out of their way to help. A Big Thank You to them all.

It felt wonderfully luxurious. The rooms were so nice and the general feel of the hotel was it as a special place to be. The location also made it ideal for exploring old Macau.

the extra touches from the staff Although, could be a bit more sharp at breakfast, but all in all they were good. Great quality linen but you would expect that from 5 star property and the warm toilet bowl great 😁

The staff was extremely helpful and happy to do so. They could also communicate in English efficiently. The facilities was large, clean and aesthetic. The pool had washrooms that includes saunas, hot tubs, showers, toilets and an area to get ready (which was stocked with utilities). The rooms was also extremely spacious with a city view. Overall, it’s worth staying at for the relaxing sensations and high end treatment.

Comfortable and modern room with everything I needed. Great view over the city. Friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast and restaurant.

All was exceptionally well breakfast was awesome the views , a huge room very clean and practical, staff very cooperative and friendly would recommend to anyone.
