Staff were execlent, the view from the room outstanding. We have stayed in many hotels around the world and this is easily one of the best.

The service is just another level. The attention they put in everything they do it is outstanding. They made even more special our honeymoon. The rooms, the details of every corner of the room. The position of the hotel, close to all the attractions and 5 min away from the airport or the ferry.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Grand Canal Macau and Studio City. Lounge at lobby provides small snacks and drinks daily.

The property was amazing. Everything and more. The staff were super helpful they made our stay that little bit more special by decorating our room and leaving us a card and rose congratulating us on our 12th year wedding anniversary. It was lovely.

It is really one of the best hotels, with an Extraordinary design of the rooms and supplements.

Everything was top notch, from ultra modern look and facilities to super friendly staff and concierge. You get a box of fresh fruits and a mini bar with most of the stuffs in it free (beers, soft drinks, biscuits, capsule coffee, etc). They were refilled with every house cleaning 2 happening 2 times a day. You can pair up your phone to the room speakers and enjoy your own musics. The room speakers will create a sort of immersive experience. The room has 2 tablets. With each of them, you can control lights, curtains, blinds, tv and you can order food, get info, etc. All in all, i can say sofar, Morpheus is the best 5 star hotel that i have ever been to.

We were upgraded to a suite which was stunning. Spacious room. Excellent products given in the room. Gorgeous view. Felt like a queen in a palace.

We appreciated the warm welcome by Ms Igna very much, n the hospitality of all staff. Being a Bonboy platinum elite member, my room was upgraded, again with much appreciation. We had a very memorable stay to celebrate our anniversary.

The staff were all excellent! So much grateful because the environment itself from the lobby,the cafe up to the room was totally awesome. A mom like me who has a child with special needs,sometimes I tend to asked like heating up the milk since he has a difficulty eating,and yet the staff helped me a lot which I was so much grateful. It was indeed a safe environment for him since we do not want some any chaos or too much crowd unlike with some hotels. They are all helpful and I can recommend this hotel so much.

Very closed to the City Center of old Macao, perfect connected to public transport, a lot of sightseeing can be done by walk, a lot of shops and restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staff. Freshly renovated hotel provides a unique melange of old Chinese design and newest techniques in the rooms. Would come back and recommend it to friends.

All hotel rooms have nice ocean view. The hotel location is very convenient for food and transportation. The hotel front desk staff (Philip) was very helpful and adjusted/shortened my reservation which was affected by a typhoon.
