The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating as well as courteous and professional. After a very long flight, we were very tired and were lucky to be able to check in an hour earlier. Staff at the reception made us feel welcome since the minute we walked in.
Then we needed a day to unwind and Spa was the place to go. Special shout out to Ritika. We used the spa a good few times throughout our stay and it offers a wide range of massages and beauty treatments. Their signature massage is chakra massage and I highly recommend it.
We had a minor issue with the room and once reported, the hotel staff took action immediately and as an apology, they upgraded us to a superior room.
The food was delicious. Everything we tried, tasted really good. Initially I did not book all inclusive as I thought that I would eat out most of the times but it was the opposite, we ended having food mainly at the hotel because it was that good.
I chose this hotel because I did not want to stay at a busy resort and it was the right decision. I also liked the beach as it was quite good for snorkelling.
All in all, this place was just perfect for my needs and highly went above my expectations.
