Hotels in the Maldives

This place is at the top of my list! I loved the rooms—everything is new and beautifully done. The AC works perfectly, the WiFi is fast and reliable, and the staff is absolutely superb. The island itself is charming, the smallest in the Maldives, with a breathtaking beach. I was lucky enough to witness baby sea turtles hatching—an unforgettable experience! If you're looking for a true escape, totally away from the chaos of big cities, this is a little piece of heaven.

The whole stay was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, when the owner greeted us with fresh papaya and a coconut welcome drink, to the scooter ride to the beach with turtles, perfect service throughout the week, and excellent food. The owner, his wife, and also Rony took great care of us, arranging a trip with mantas, sharks, and a visit to the sandbank for us. They were incredibly helpful and fulfilled every request we had. Truly exceptional service, and we are eager to return! The accommodation was new and clean, with a perfectly functioning air conditioning system. There was no problem changing both beach and home towels anytime. We also rented bicycles and rode scooters. The food was delicious and diverse, including fish, meat, vegetables, rice, sweet desserts, fresh fruit, and fresh juice with every meal. Breakfasts were also great, either typical Maldivian or pancakes and toast. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend it! 10/10

Room was cleaned on everyday basis. Free bicycles, masks and fins. Owner was responsive for all of our requests.

Our stay at Hudhufas Villa was fabulous. The place was spotless and tidy, cute and cosy. The double bed apartaments on the top floor were very spacious and wonderfully decorated on our arrival, A/C and fan in the rooms, a huge terrace upstairs with a chill out corner and sunbeds. Breakfast in the mornings had a wonderful variety, a mixture of fresh fruits and vegs, omellete, toast, and a whole load of other foods. The owners are happy to prepare anything to make you feel comfortable and at home. But overall, Shifau, the owner, was the person who made our stay this good. From the beginning he was very welcoming and helped us throughout our stay. Anything we needed or asked, he was a great help and always found a solution for us. Very good and warm hearted. 100% recommended.

Very clean hotel, the room was cleaned every day. Very nice and helpful staff that made us feel like home. They organized everything (trips, speedboat from and to the airport). Hotel is new, well furnished. We would stay here again.

Very nice and quiet location. The best local island experience. The host is very friendly and provides all the information you need. Many options for day trips and activities in reasonable prices.

Amazing!!!! If I could give 15/10, I would. The staff is so kind and helpful, the rooms are very nice and clean and the diving is just spectacular. We will definitely be back.

Hotel with a resort feeling. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. You become like a member of the family! Facilities are amazing, lovely beach where you can snorkle. A really amazing getaway place! Can warmly recommend to anyone...

Their dedication to creating a memorable experience was evident in every interaction, and we are already eagerly anticipating our next visit to this little paradise on earth. The rooms are stunning. They are not only aesthetically pleasing but also very well designed and very comfortable. Evening turn down service was an added bonus! The bathrooms are also equally stunning, clean and functional. Ismail and his team, especially Akoo, made my family and I feel very welcome. They both offered us great advice. The restaurant is another highlight and comes highly recommended. The food, including the desserts, were absolutely delicious. As a vegetarian, I greatly appreciated how the restaurant went above and beyond to cater to my dietary needs. As a family, we loved every moment spent at Isla Retreat. Highly recommended, cannot wait to return.

Great room, very clean, nice terrace and bikini beach and restaurants really close. And we really enjoyed our stay here because of the amazing team and their good work on hospitality. Everyone was super helpful and nice all the time. Snorkeling gear and a orientation snorkeling was included and we booked one of the many excursions they offer which was amazing too. Can absolutely recommend this place if you come to mahibadhoo.
