Guest reviewThe staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. They attended to my every need and were very helpful. The room was beautiful - tastefully decorated, a fabulous bed, which was very comfortable and had a lovely big balcony. The bathroom facilities were great - a rain shower, free toiletries and it was spacious enough to move around in comfortably. The restaurant was very nice. The food choices for me are somewhat limited, as I am vegetarian, but my choice was very tasty and the portion was generous.

Guest reviewThe location is amazing. Beautiful views and the mountain right there for hiking. The food at the hotel was wonderful. Room was clean and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. I did two hiking tours and a trip to Satemwa tea plantation; all were great and worthwhile.
