Guest reviewAdam the owner is such a helpful person. He goes out of his way to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. He dropped me at a restaurant en he said I could call him to pick me up after I was finished eating. He gave me two bottles of mineral water for free. He even called me at my next destination to make sure I arrived safely. Absolutely wonderful!

Guest reviewWonderful hotel. The staff is great—so friendly and always making sure your stay is perfect. They are very flexible. I needed to wait for my taxi after checkout, and they extended my room for free so I could wait there comfortably. When I extended my stay by one night, they ensured I received the same rate for the room. The rooms are perfect—clean and nicely furnished. The beds are big and very comfortable. There is a nice swimming pool, great bars, and excellent food.

Guest reviewCLEAN, LARGE WELL MAINTAINED ROOM. EXCELLENT FOOD AT THE RESTAURANT. THE TWO LADIES AT THE RECEPTION WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS HELPFUL. THE SRI LANKAN CHEF WAS TOO GOOD. MY COLLEAGUE AND I TRIED ALL THE ITEMS IN THE MENU. EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC. THE WAITERS - ESPECIALLY SAMUEL, WERE VERY HOSPITABLE. EVEN THE GM, MR. SARATH WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE US FEEL AT HOME.

Guest reviewThe location is amazing. Beautiful views and the mountain right there for hiking. The food at the hotel was wonderful. Room was clean and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. I did two hiking tours and a trip to Satemwa tea plantation; all were great and worthwhile.
