Wonderful, new property. Everything in great condition, attentive staff and amazing service. Great meals everyday, and the staff were always friendly and helpful with good advice. Mohammad Alrad was an fabulous and courteous host, always assisting with our queries and helping with travel guidance. An asset to Bubblefish. Highly recommended for a stay - especially if you love snorkeling and scuba diving - some of the best reefs and dive spots in Borneo in close proximity.

Very professional and attentive services even before check-in. Instructions were clear and personalised service when we were unable to locate the lift lobby. Annabale came down to pick us personally. Staff constantly in touch to ensure our comfort through the stay. I applaud the exceptional services and location was great! Room and bathroom were well lit and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was very generous with mineral water and soft drinks. Overall, I was impressed by the staff and the property. It was a good value place to stay.

Captain's cabin is a perfect place to relax : it's so quiet and comfortable, peoples are super nice and friendly, they even upgrade us for free ! We had a huge room with balcony, and the sheets were very pleasant. Thanks again 😁

The staff are attentive to the comfort and well being of the guests at all times, they always responded to our messages instantly. They made sure we were comfortable and gave us lots of useful information on what to see and how to get around. The room was very clean and very well located, close to KK Waterfront and the markets. It is also very convenient that there are several shops, supermarkets and laundry facilities next door. Highly recommended in all respects.

We spent several very comfortable nights at the upscale Liu Men Hotel. The hotel is located a little way off Jonker Street, and we had quiet nights. It offers very good amenities while attempting to preserve a historic atmosphere. The location is very convenient for exploring the city on foot, and there's also a bike rental shop around the corner.

We stayed at the Blue Mansion for four nights as part of our honeymoon trip around Malaysia, and could not recommend it more highly. It is a gorgeous hotel and they have done an amazing job preserving the tranquil, historic feel whilst also ensuring it is comfortable for guests. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Because it is a small hotel with a smaller staff, it is lovely to see familiar faces every day. We loved the breakfast, which consists of a small buffet and menu of cooked breakfasts, all of which were excellent. We also had cocktails in the bar before going out to dinner three of the four nights, and the quality of the cocktails was exceptional. The pool area is small but peaceful, and we very much enjoyed using both the pool and our in-room jacuzzi after a long day exploring in the Penang heat. The location is brilliant, and it is within a very short walk of great food and Georgetown nightlife. This is a very personal, unique hotel experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.
