Almost everything. The place is beautiful, clean, and new. The staff was nice, smiling and seemed to enjoy working there. They were doing karaoke with the guests in the evening... Looks like a good atmosphere. The rooms were clean. The view from the room is amazing. It's a quiet place beside a few boats in the morning. The lunch and dinner were good, seemed homemade and fresh. The shared and open area is very nice, with a slide to the water and a net to rest above the water. A bit pricey but I really recommend it.

Everything is beautiful and comfortable. It's not about being luxurious, it is also about being done with taste and RuMa hotel does that perfectly.

Great central location, ideal for exploring the island in all directions. The room was spacious, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was super friendly and helpful, highly recommended!

I’d a great time at the AC Residence. Really nice staff, clean, spacious, the room was so luxurious! I couldn’t recommend more. If you looking for a great place to stay in the city center, this is the one!

- It's a unique expüerience to stay in the Blue Mansion. I especially enjoyed walking around the property at night - Very helpful hosts, they also offered me a towel after check-out, so I could hang around the swimming pool - The room is very clean and comfortable - Delicious breakfast & free parking

Amazing Hotel, great location, super friendly staff, all professionals. Everything there is on top level with perfect attention to details that most of the people don’t even think of when booking the hotel. Absolutely recommend to stay there.

AMAZING! One of the best places we've stayed in our year of travel! We had 2 rooms and all guests were thrilled! The rooms have all been finished and fitted to a very high standard with high tech specs throughout such as electric window blinds, touch sockets etc. The attention to detail throughout is exceptional- the toiletries, free cleaning products and covid safe kit and even powerbanks with android and apple cables for borrowing in the bedside drawers! Beds and pillows were super comfortable and bathrooms were clean with good quality hot showers. Check in and check out processes were smooth and efficient and excellent communications from the CJ Residence team throughout! Also a great location-walkable to shops and malls and an easy Grab ride to the airport. 100% recommend and would stay again in KK! (in fact we already stayed twice!)
