Wonderful, new property. Everything in great condition, attentive staff and amazing service. Great meals everyday, and the staff were always friendly and helpful with good advice. Mohammad Alrad was an fabulous and courteous host, always assisting with our queries and helping with travel guidance. An asset to Bubblefish. Highly recommended for a stay - especially if you love snorkeling and scuba diving - some of the best reefs and dive spots in Borneo in close proximity.

Incredibly helpful staff. Beautiful space with carefully considered supplies. The handmade soap was beautiful! Excellent location next to the shopping mall.

Communication and the cleanliness.

Im from New Zealand, travelling in Malaysia! What I liked was. Close to all the attractions, very clean, great coffee shop next door, excellent communication from the host!

Beautiful 5 star hotel. Totally worth the price. You have to get the breakfast there. So delicious.

Everything was just perfect, Captain and Mummy are beautiful people. I would definitely come back if I ever get back to this area. I’m quite sure that you could not find anything better around here.

Great location in heart of historic George Town, a beautifully renovated historic building with wonderful staff. Rooms are incredibly large.

- It's a unique expüerience to stay in the Blue Mansion. I especially enjoyed walking around the property at night - Very helpful hosts, they also offered me a towel after check-out, so I could hang around the swimming pool - The room is very clean and comfortable - Delicious breakfast & free parking

the breakfast was very good but too little varieties, of course coffee tea times were really marvelous..cleanliness was above then expected! WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE FOR A ROMANTIC STAY. AN IMMPRESSIVE AND DELIGHTFUL PLEASANT STAY....ACCEPT the noise from the temples around and the mosque not calming!

Well located, clean and comfortable accommodation with good amenities. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. Communication with the hosts about checking in was very clear and were even allowed an early check in.

The hotel is a dream! Everything is beautifully furnished and it's really super clean! The concept with the lounge and the kitchen is a really good idea! We received a very warm and friendly welcome. We are on our honeymoon and there was a surprise waiting in our room (see photo). A visit here is really something very special. We have extended our stay by a week because we like it so much. The staff are very accommodating, kind and friendly! Chanel and Miumiu (the hotel owner's cats (also super friendly!!) who visit from time to time in their little house) must also be mentioned! We would love to take them with us :) We would really like to say a big thank you to the team, especially to Sharkir, he is always in a good mood, very hardworking, super friendly and very accommodating!
