Wonderful, new property. Everything in great condition, attentive staff and amazing service. Great meals everyday, and the staff were always friendly and helpful with good advice. Mohammad Alrad was an fabulous and courteous host, always assisting with our queries and helping with travel guidance. An asset to Bubblefish. Highly recommended for a stay - especially if you love snorkeling and scuba diving - some of the best reefs and dive spots in Borneo in close proximity.

Fantastic location in the Imago Shopping Mall. This meant that there were abundant coffee shops and restaurants only minutes away. Vinah and the team made us very welcome, ensuring that we had no problems. The availability of the laundry service was an unexpected bonus. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bathroom was fantastic. All things considered, this booking could not have been better. Thanks Vinah!

Hands down the Best hostel where I have been! The common area was super nice and comfortable, the kitchen was very nice and had free water/coffee/tea available for the guests. Free breakfast was soo good you had 2 options to choose from. Everything was super clean and you just feel like at home. Then to the best part THE BED ohmy it was the best bed I have been sleeping in Malaysia so far. I was in 8ppl dorm room. You get 2 fluffy pillows and a blanket and the mattress is just perfect. The beds are wide and with a curtain. And then the STAFF. Wenesa my dear hosted us a wanton night so we made them together and ate together. Just had the best time here with a bunch of lovely people. I couldn’t recommend it more. It made Ipoh special for me thank you so much for all the staff❤️

The place is fantastic , quite , room is big and comfortable bed. The place is just far from center . Otherwise fantastic

The hotel is a dream! Everything is beautifully furnished and it's really super clean! The concept with the lounge and the kitchen is a really good idea! We received a very warm and friendly welcome. We are on our honeymoon and there was a surprise waiting in our room (see photo). A visit here is really something very special. We have extended our stay by a week because we like it so much. The staff are very accommodating, kind and friendly! Chanel and Miumiu (the hotel owner's cats (also super friendly!!) who visit from time to time in their little house) must also be mentioned! We would love to take them with us :) We would really like to say a big thank you to the team, especially to Sharkir, he is always in a good mood, very hardworking, super friendly and very accommodating!

The hotel is lovely, and the location is unbeatable. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything And the staff more than all

Every single thing with Else is exceptional. They are really care about their guests. I am planning another trip to KL with my wife just for staying at Else

Amazing owner and staff that really genuinely want you to have an amazing stay. So serviceminded and nice. With much knowledge to share about the island, were to eat, se and visit. Good breakfast were we got to try many different malaysian treats. It is a good place to stay if you like to visit different spots on the island and dont mind taking a Grab.

I had high expecations but wow. Fantastic service. I was given my own whatsapp what where this place provided me with all the info I would need without even asking for it. Instant response and even good morning texts with tips about everything made this visit very comfortable. The room was extremly clean and the quality was amazing. I have never experienced anything so priceworthy ever, a lot of value for your money spent. The room also had everything you might need like soap, water, coffea, tea and so on. Great shower and the bed was amazing. The place also felt very safe even though it was situated in a dirty building.

The hotel is located within the district of Jonker Street but stayed away from the hustle and bustle of the busiest area. One can easily walk to some museums and also many nice restaurants nearby. Some scenic spots are also within 10 minutes walk.
