Almost everything. The place is beautiful, clean, and new. The staff was nice, smiling and seemed to enjoy working there. They were doing karaoke with the guests in the evening... Looks like a good atmosphere. The rooms were clean. The view from the room is amazing. It's a quiet place beside a few boats in the morning. The lunch and dinner were good, seemed homemade and fresh. The shared and open area is very nice, with a slide to the water and a net to rest above the water. A bit pricey but I really recommend it.

It was very clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. Free luggage storage is a great option! My bed was also very comfortable. A lot of amenities were available including cosmetics and earplugs.

Great location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect and cleaned daily. Room service was quick and food arrived hot. Any issues that I had staff were available to assist and resolve.

AMAZING! Definitely the most comfortable room, bed & bathroom we had in our 4 months travelling through Asia. The hosts are super friendly and communication goes smooth. Many good local restaurants close to the apartment. We definitely would recommend this place!

A beautiful historic building with an updated pleasant interior. Attentive friendly staff with good suggestions about what to see in Penang. Very clean. Great breakfast. I would certainly advise friends to stay there

Friendly staff, easy chec in, clean villa, sprays for bugs and for lizards, good food and on time! Also nice and big rooms with an iron and prayer mat.

the breakfast was very good but too little varieties, of course coffee tea times were really marvelous..cleanliness was above then expected! WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE FOR A ROMANTIC STAY. AN IMMPRESSIVE AND DELIGHTFUL PLEASANT STAY....ACCEPT the noise from the temples around and the mosque not calming!

"It was very good that I used ""WhatsApp"" to respond in a timely and courteous manner." The room was clean and the Wi-Fi speed was fast and I had a comfortable time. It is well-located and has a large mall next to it, which is quite suitable as a tourist hub.

Absolute 5 star at every step of the way. The hotel itself is beautiful, perfectly located, and the rooms and bathrooms are luxurious. I enjoyed the facilities (gym, spa, pool) and the many restaurants. The quality of the offerings were amazing. We actually spent more time at the hotel than we usually would since we felt so relaxed and loved that we had the space to just chill, enjoy views, drinks and food. We have stayed at other 5 star locations, however what is offered here is absolute 5 star service with real warmth from each person you meet along the way. Thank you to the many people who made our check in and out seamless (Izat), the breakfast team who remembered our names and what we liked and tailored their offerings for us with a smile. Nawi Fathi at Ebisu was excellent, and suggested courses which we loved. From start to end we had the experience we would have liked and this was the perfect way to end our 3 week Malaysian vacation.
