Can't recommend this highly enough. This place has so much character and is so beautifully decorated, you really feel like you're staying in a historic house. The staff are lovely and so helpful. My stay at Else Hotel was my best one so far! It’s clean, its new, its grand. It’s calm, its relaxing and not to mention the decorations the interior was beautiful. I stayed for 4 nights in the Mantra room, and it was just nice for a single person. I had the meeting room to study and work, it was cosy, quiet and conducive. I loved it so much. I had the breakfast there everyday and it was immaculate. Ordered the mango yoghurt pudding granola thingy and I was hooked on it and repeated the same order every morning ! Else Hotel, if you could send me the recipe for that at shiuyin1030@hotmail.co, that would be amazing. I have been trying to replicate the dish at home and I just could not get it right. The chicken pokey ball dish I ordered for room service was heaven too, the chicken was made sous vide style i believe, then charred, was the best best combination to the entire dish. I really had a good time. Definitely will come back. <3
