Almost everything. The place is beautiful, clean, and new. The staff was nice, smiling and seemed to enjoy working there. They were doing karaoke with the guests in the evening... Looks like a good atmosphere. The rooms were clean. The view from the room is amazing. It's a quiet place beside a few boats in the morning. The lunch and dinner were good, seemed homemade and fresh. The shared and open area is very nice, with a slide to the water and a net to rest above the water. A bit pricey but I really recommend it.

Very professional and attentive services even before check-in. Instructions were clear and personalised service when we were unable to locate the lift lobby. Annabale came down to pick us personally. Staff constantly in touch to ensure our comfort through the stay. I applaud the exceptional services and location was great! Room and bathroom were well lit and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was very generous with mineral water and soft drinks. Overall, I was impressed by the staff and the property. It was a good value place to stay.

ACJ Residence is a very modern accomodation in the centar of KK. Irene and Vinah with whome we talked through whatsapp were very lovley and gave as all info about the check in + photos of how to find the place a day before arrival and that was very helpful! Room was nice, tidy and clean and it came with toiletries, water, coffee, tea... :) self check out was also very simple

Location is excellent, the pool is clean and the bar by the pool has the best burger in KL. The rooms are big and spacious and equipped with whatever you need. The staff are very helpful. The lobby smells nice all the time, I wish they'd sell the perfume.

Thanks for perfect hosting. Room decoration is nice, location is great as well. The room is equiped with everything we needed including fast wifi, cable TV, refrigerator, A/C, kettle, power bank, iron and hairdryer. Helpful and caring staff is the best.

The owner are fantastic we had a problem with my wife's health they were fantastic helping us the garden and pool are lovely room are large and spotless.

Loved the location, close to beach street and little India. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The room was very spacious with 4 double beds, more than enough for a family of 4. Even though its location, very central, the rooms are very quiet. I really love the friendliness of the staff. They gave lots of suggestions on where to go or where to eat. Loved the little local desserts every night brought to our room. Even though there are lots of plants around the mansion, there were no mosquitos. ( And I get bitten very easily). The check-in was also very fast. I would definitely return next time we visit George town.

The location is perfect: close enough to the main attractions and restaurants, yet quiet enough to enjoy peace and relaxation. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, style, and impeccable service. I can’t wait to come back!

We enjoy very much the staff, the place, the room, the pool. Jafifah was a very good host, very helpfull and nice.

we loved the decor- smart, stylish, chic with luxurious touches. it’s location was handy - on the quieter side but within walking distance to key spots. the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Ray in particular was outstanding. He helped us work out which attractions to see in what order and where to go to for lunch. the breakfast was lovely - a great selection of local and western food. our room was gorgeous! the bed was so comfortable. my daughter is still raving about the soft duvet!

1) Staff was friendly and helpful. 2) Manage to taste their own breakfast meal. 3) Hotel is very near to place we want to go. 4) Accommodation was great with free complimentary bath bomb given by the property. Recommended to stay and sure we will come again
