Hotels in New Caledonia

The hotel staff is very attentive and professional. The view from the room on the beach, from the seventh floor, was absolutely breathtaking. We took advantage of a fabulous sunset. The mornings from the balcony of the room, with a calm sea, are also quite extraordinary. The showers have a white plastic coating, quite thick, quite exceptional, which makes them super pleasant. It's not tile. I have never seen this in any other hotel in the world. The walls of the room have been recently repainted, the carpets are very clean and impeccable: no burnt cigarette butts, or traces of chewing gum, for example. We also appreciated the bottles of mineral water in the fridge, and the tea provided. The aquatonic course in the spa is a must. In short, the service and amenities of the hotel are quite up to the price of the room, and the reputation of the hotel.

The room was clean, comfortable and the view was superb. Good size room too. Just across the road to the beach. Walking distance to a variety of eateries.

Everyone was friendly, the unit was amazing, clean and felt very safe and comfortable.

It is very clean and cosy. It is central and close to the restaurant. Was a nice stop when we drove around New Caledonia.

Great price and location. It has used a lot of recycled wood through out the building. Friendly and helpful staff. Good place to stay if you arrive at 2am in the morning like we did.

The room was gorgeous and very big! They had everything I needed and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff at the reception was so extremely nice and caring. He made sure we were all set. We didn’t have a car so he was worried and organise transportation for us from the hotel to the bus stop the next day.

We got upgraded to Gondwana Green so our review scores are based on the experience we had. But some things are similar like breakfast, staff, location (since City Art and Green share the same), and they were all great. We walked to all the sights easily (Maison Célières, Musee de la ville, place des cocotiers, marche, port etc.), the staff helped us with taxi arrangements to Magenta airport (somehow arrangements when we were there were quoted cheaper than when enquired via messages, not sure if it was a miscommunication), breakfast as everyone who had it had shared: tasty, hearty, generous and they saw we were in a hurry, they even gave us takeaway bags to pack our viennoiseries.

Great location by the ocean with plenty of bungalows for guests and an extensive property with space for sporting activities such as a basketball court, tennis court, volleyball field, and mini-golf with sports equipment provided by the staff for free. The buffet dinner was the highlight!

Amazing clear water in the marine reserve that offered an abundance of sea life! Breakfast was great.

Even though we arrived late at night, the staff was very accommodating. We were too sad that we had to leave early the next morning and didn't have time to experience the wonders of our surroundings.
