Staff were amazing and were extremely helpful. Food was delicious at the restaurants. Rooms well appointed and very clean.

The Hilton Resistances accommodation was spacious, clean, made all the more comfortable with plush mattresses on beds, and provided all the amenities of a home. Wheelchair access was adequate also

The breakfast spread was great. Staff were also very attentive, helpful, and friendly.

We got upgraded to Gondwana Green so our review scores are based on the experience we had. But some things are similar like breakfast, staff, location (since City Art and Green share the same), and they were all great. We walked to all the sights easily (Maison Célières, Musee de la ville, place des cocotiers, marche, port etc.), the staff helped us with taxi arrangements to Magenta airport (somehow arrangements when we were there were quoted cheaper than when enquired via messages, not sure if it was a miscommunication), breakfast as everyone who had it had shared: tasty, hearty, generous and they saw we were in a hurry, they even gave us takeaway bags to pack our viennoiseries.

big bungalow, direct on the beach, big bathroom, very clean. And the best of all - dinner options (a la carte and buffet ) excellent!

Ramada Hotel & Resort was very welcoming, polite and helpful when needed. The staff assisted us very good and was really good they spoke English. The Sports Bar and outdoor area is where we spent time enjoying our lovely breakfast,lunch and Dinner by the poolside. The Pool was perfect way to cool down and well looked after. Our Room had everything equipped with what we needed with a functional kitchen n good size fridge. Also bonus having an Air Con and Big Size Bed to relax and sleep after big day exploring.

The rooms are simple, yet they have everything you need. My room was cozy, comfortable and clean. Lovely people work at this property. Despite the language barrier they are very helpful, friendly and appreciative. They will always greet you with a smile. The little white sandy beach at the front of the property is amazing, perfect for swimmig, snorkelling. If you are looking for a quiet escape, this is the place to be.

beautiful facilities, very lovely staff and their manager, the beach bungalow was exceptional! care hire available at the hotel as well.

The hotel has the best location, in the center of Noumea, just a little walk from amazing beaches, where you can snorkel. Our room was big, could fit 10 people in it and the view was amazing. The room was well cleaned, it looks a little old but I think it's just the design.
