Hotels in Nepal

We stayed at Kailash Boutique Hotel between January 18-26, 2025. First of all, I would like to state that the location of the hotel is very central. It is in the center of Thamel, a few steps away from very nice restaurants and shops. The street where the hotel is located is very quiet and calm. The hotel was brand new, spotlessly clean and safe. We felt at home. Upon our request, they upgraded us to a large family room with a view on the upper floors. Our room was cleaned every day, our water, tea and coffee, bed linen and towels were changed. The wifi never went out, we connected easily. There was hot water in the bathroom 24/7. The WC and bathroom were incredibly clean. Every morning, we had a very nice breakfast that included both traditional Nepalese dishes and all the elements of a western style breakfast. The young staff at the restaurant were extremely polite and attentive. They served us Masala Tea and Masala Omelette every morning. We are grateful to them. I would like to thank them very much for their friendliness. From the moment we entered the hotel, Manager Dol took great care of us. He arranged a free taxi from the airport to the hotel upon our arrival. On our return, he saw us off to the door and gave my wife and I two very valuable traditional Nepalese gifts. I would like to thank Dol, our friends at the restaurant and all the other Kailash Boutique Hotel staff. We really felt at home for 8 days. If you are going to stay in Kathmandu, Kailash Boutiqe Hotel is a great option. After your stay, you will understand why the hotel has a score of 10 out of 10. Thank you again. All the best. İlter

This is a beautiful hotel, stunning views of lakeside and the mountains. Gorgeous pool and jacuzzi. Room was so comfortable! Can’t recommend enough

Everything in Chitwan was so easy thanks to their help. I only had one full day and one half day there, but I was able to do everything I wanted—at a great price too. The staff is very welcoming and willing to help with anything you need. They go out of their way to ensure your stay at the hotel and your safari tours are perfect. Without a doubt, I’ll stay at this hotel again if I return to Chitwan!

New hotel, RJ boutique is a paradise in ghandruk village. Hotel is super nice and luxury, the view of Annapurna and fishtail is just in front. Food was delicious and staff was friendly. Recommended.

What a gem! The room was so comfy, and the greenery outside was just breathtaking. Great value for such a peaceful and relaxing experience.

Kabi and his family have given me the most authentic Nepalese experience and I am extremely grateful. If you want to experience the real Nepal, I definitely recommend this place.

If you are looking for a best place to stay in Bardia you found it! Mr. B and his son Bibek were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They also saved our trip when we had ATM issues. They provide guidance, organize trips, cook food everything you need to feel safe and taken care of. Safari organized by them was amazing, with a passionate and knowledgeable guide. Room standards are also the best that can be found in the neighborhood and price is more than great. We highly recommend!

The mountain views from this little gem of a hotel are magnificent. The touches in the modern, spotless and comfortable rooms make you feel like a welcome member of family. I ate several times here over the few days we stayed and everything was fresh and delicious especially the freshly baked bread at breakfast. We will return without question next year. Top room and balcony. Friendly people. Easy going, no fake friendliness. Very nice rooftop with good breakfast and dinner. Early morning breakfast package and free luggage storage for our hiking trip.

We would get freshly prepared local Nepali food which was absolutely delicious! They have a wide selection of authentic local food to choose from. If you're in the right season, you can also get to try some fresh local honey! The location of the homestay is great, it is very close to the entrance of the national park. We had a great stay here, and had some incredible wildlife sightings (Rhinos, elephants, tigers, hornbills) thanks to the sharp eyes of Tek Bahadur (fondly called Pappu). Will definitely come to visit again!

First of all it's the perfect place to relax after coming back from trekking or before going to trek. It's so close to the lake with a great view, but still quiet and peaceful. The family is so nice and helpful, wanting the best for you. The room is very clean, comfortable and beautiful. Thanks again to the family. Until next time!
