This is a must go if you are in Pokhara. This stay and community is the most wonderful you can find in the area. They whole community makes you feel safe, special, importent, included and make sure your stay will be amazing. A place you want to come back to and place you dont want to leave. Their beautiful project included the whole community in the most amazing way. The food was wonderful and made from their own garden. Staying at the Homestay was a natural way of understanding the culture and the nepal peoples way of life. There are no words to describe the kindness and genuinity of this community.

The time at Mr. B's was just awesome! When you visit Mr. B's it is more like family than being a guest! They were super friendly and helped us where they could. With the amazing guides we did some trips (jungle walk, jeep safari,) Mr. B organized for us.We saw tiger and rhino and big group of elephants.Also the food was the best I had ever in Nepal. And the accommodation is just amazing: Nice room, a beautiful garden, the river and just 2mins walk to the entrance of the National Park. Mr. B's place is definitely worth going to! I just HIGHLY recommend going there!

The mountain views from this little gem of a hotel are magnificent. The touches in the modern, spotless and comfortable rooms make you feel like a welcome member of family. I ate several times here over the few days we stayed and everything was fresh and delicious especially the freshly baked bread at breakfast. We will return without question next year. Very nice and cute homestay, very well placed in Pokhara, on a tiny hill overlooking the lake! I circled the homestay on the photo ;) Right next to everything you need and Bishnu and his family are incredibly helpful. Bishnu helped us arrange our night bus back to Kathmandu and his family always cooked delicious organic breakfast or helped us carry our heavy luggages. Rooms, showers, beds are great, the food menu is delicious and there is free water refill! They also provide trekking/tour services.

There are many things like I enjoyed during my stay at the Nivas Boutique Home. Flexible Check-In: I arrived in Kathmandu at 1am in the morning. Our host Meh Devesh Paudel, was waiting and greeted us at the airport. Our hosts were incredibly flexible with our early check in. Incredibly Friendly and Welcoming Staff: We stayed at the Nivas Boutique Home for one week. During our stay, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They really put in a lot of effort to make us feel at home, while away from home. Rooftop Restaurant: There is a restaurant located on the roof of the building, which provided our breakfast every morning, and occasionally dinner when we were too tired to go out. Having breakfast and dinner available at the hotel was really convenient for us. The food menu consisted of a continental style breakfast and Nepalese/Asian/Indian style cuisine for dinner. My favourite food was the vegetable curry and the Nepalese Thali Set with chicken curry. After travelling all day, relaxing on the rooftop with a beer was also really nice. Organising Tours at the Hotel: As we planned our Kathmandu trip last minute, we didn't have too many plans when we arrived. The Hotel offered to organise any tours that were interested in doing. Kabiraj, who helped us with our tours, planned our day trips for us everyday that we required. This was a really convenient option for us. Cost of Accommodation and Tours: Overall I found the cost of the accommodation and tours to be fair. I was more than happy to pay the amount agreed. Located Close to Thamel District: The hotel was located in the side streets, but only a short walk to the main Thamel district. Request for Customer Feedback: It really means a lot to me when the hotel staff ask for honest customer feedback. This shows me that they are genuinely interested in providing the best customer experience that they can. They were really open to receive any feedback that I could provide them.

The property is very clean, quiet and newly renovated. I am able to sleep soundly without any disturbance. Breakfast choices are the best and everything is prepared hot and fresh, and the owner/staffs treat you like a family by providing the best hospitality. I checked in at 5am after returning from Pokhara by bus, and there was no issue checking in whatsoever. Truly one of the remarkable hotel I've stayed in Nepal/Kathmandu!

I stayed at this accommodation a couple of nights. Pappu and his family were wonderful hosts, they were very attentive and cooked fresh, organic and delicious food! Pappu is also a very special guide: he could spot multiple animals that my eye couldn't see at first, among which even a tiger!!! But also several species of deer (swamp deer 😍), otters, and paradise flycatchers were an amazing sighting and we were lucky enough even to see a rhino! I miss the wonders of Bardiya... Thank you Pappu dai for your hospitality and guidance!!
