Very supportive staff, great location

The hotel is conveniently located within a 15-minute walk from the very center of Sauraha in a peaceful neighborhood. The building is modern and well-maintained, boasting a spacious garden with beautiful plantations and tables where guests can enjoy their meals. The dishes served are generous in portion, delicious, and reasonably priced, and the service is excellent. Speaking of service, the family that runs the hotel is remarkably friendly and helpful. Upon my arrival and departure, I was pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary pick-up and drop-off services to the bus station, which were provided without even having to ask. Someone was waiting for me at the station upon my arrival, and the owner even offered to drive me back to the hotel when they saw me walking from the center. All of my bookings, including the Chitwan tour and bus ticket to Kathmandu, were efficiently arranged through them, with flawless organization of pickups and drop-offs to the starting points—I didn't have to lift a finger. During my stay, I opted for the deluxe king room with A/C. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for two persons, despite traveling solo. Hot water was available 24/7, and I did not experience any electrical shortages throughout my stay. There was a shared balcony just outside my room but also one available for every two rooms I think. nice looking, fresh rooms, clean, you get everything you need, convenient location. Nice breakfast you order and choose one portion. we visited during cloudy season, but when its clean sky I imagine the view from rooms is incredable. Welcomed staff, we wish you all the best.

We recently stayed at Indralok Hotel and Sky Garden near Begnas Lake, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to both Begnas Lake and another nearby lake. The owners offer exceptional service, and you can really feel the heart and care they put into every detail. The food at the restaurant is outstanding, and the hotel itself is new, spotlessly clean, and highly recommended for anyone visiting the area or Pokhara who wants some time outside the city. We originally planned to stay for just one night but ended up staying several more because it was so hard to leave the place and its wonderful people. Without a doubt, we'll be back as there's still so much to see and do. I highly recommend this hotel!

We spent 2 wonderful days with our family in Barang. All the family members and the village neighbours are welcoming and so kind. We have learned a lot about the nepali culture, could help out with cooking, get food for the buffalo and the goats in the jungle, had a wonderful refreshing swim in the river and played memorable UNO games! The food is excellent and the views are amazing, but much more the people are so nice. A big THANK YOU!

You become one of the Family at Golden River, I had such a fantastic time here, a wonderful family led by Pappu, Incredible guide, the most delicious food & the best location 😍😍 I saw so many birds just sat on the porch drinking Masala Chai, Recommend to anyone who wants to fulfill their dreams of seeing the wildlife & experience the warmth & hospitality of a great local family, & yes, I saw 3 Tigers amongst so much other wildlife!!!! 😍😍🐯🐯😍😍

Location and hospitality and prices. Hotel in newly built and it is net and clean. And staff also very good. I like this Hotel. WiFi works. Hot water Everything is very good.
