Everything, loved all the landscaping and location. Toni was so helpful and accommodating. Suite beautifully finished. We enjoyed the tea selection and Linden Leaves products. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying again in the future.

We liked everything, need more selection of food

Loved absolutely everything, from the well thought out design to the comfortable bed. The view from the bathtubs and even the ability to Bluetooth your own music through the room. The staff were extremely helpful from the moment I made the booking. Even organised a platter to be brought down to us to enjoy with our complimentary bottle of wine.

Beautiful entrance, staff were exceptional and very welcoming. They were proud of the Hotel with a tour AND a very nice welcome drink! Plenty of parking, very very comfortable beds and well allocated rooms.

Everything. Beautiful quaint charm, lovely designed lodge, peaceful location, incredible service and hospitality. The onsite chef is devine and the nicest person. The spa massage was one of the best I’ve had. The owner shared about his culture, family, special meaning of the property and even tribal wine. All in all if I could give this property a 20 out of 10 I would!

This is a newly renovated structure in an ideal location. The members of the management team are extremely helpful and friendly. I look forward to staying here again.

Highly recommend this accommodation. I arrived later than I anticipated and the welcoming staff member was very kind and attentive. The locally made loaf of bread presented on arrival for the breakfast was a delicious treat for the following mornings breakfast. The beds were super comfortable and the apartment was presented simply but beautifully with an exceptional attention to cleanliness. Appreciated the raised bench in the bedrooms to hold luggage, instead of managing a suitcase on the floor. The Apartment was modern, cosy, private and quiet, with ample car parking right outside the door. Location was great with only a very short walk to the main street where we dined at the fabulous The Waimate Kitchen and Bar. Highly recommend staying if you get the opportunity and would stay again

Just a lovely place, such a fantastic location & had complimentary bikes to go along. When our bikes didn’t work they gave us complimentary e-bikes! I really felt listened to & that is a first! Also they offer great deals with neighbouring restaurants (which are fantastic!!!)

It was perfect as last location of our whole trip. We have stayed there for two nights befor our return flight home. We have immediately felt home and cosy. Jackie and Steve are extraordinary hosts - thank you so much! The room was wonderful, comfortable and spacious. The location right in the middle of everything and directly at the old tramway is perfect. The breakfast together with others guests was awesome and delicious. Thank you so much! We loved it!
