Everything, loved all the landscaping and location. Toni was so helpful and accommodating. Suite beautifully finished. We enjoyed the tea selection and Linden Leaves products. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Everything was perfect! Staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The complimentary cake slices were soooo delicious! The hotel was so cosy in general and the attention to detail was great!

What a beautiful place! Amazing view from the room. It's very quiet and peaceful to stay here, getting completely relaxed with a great bottle of wine. The room is extremely clean and spacious. The bed feels like heaven. The staff is so friendly and professional. Thank you so much for the amazing breakfast it was the best!

An extraordinary Boutique Hotel, very chic and tasteful in every detail.Nothing was missing. The welcoming, kindness and excellent hospitality of the owners was just above and beyond. The room had a kitchenette with all necessary utilities, a Nespresso Machine, and every day a “ goodie”, Chocolate or a cookie. Craig, Vicki and Janet were the most helpful and friendly people, giving valuable information and helping with reservations. I can highly recommend 14 Lane Hotel. Location in the middle of the town center of Blenheim. we have a word in German for excellent service to guests, it’s called Gastfreundschaft.

Everything was amazing with our stay in the spire hotel. Firstly, the reception staff was really professional and helpful, she even initiated to help us decide on where to have for dinner and booked the table for us. Secondly, the room is massive, there’s even a separated section for the wardrobe. The water pressure is amazing, which is really important to us. The fireplace makes the room so warm and cozy. They have smart tv as well, with Netflix and YouTube installed. All their non alcoholic beverages at the minibar are complimentary. They serve amazing breakfast as well, not the buffet style, but ala carte, and you can choose to have it in your room or in the restaurant. We had dinner at their restaurant on our first night, the food was unexpectedly great, and the bill came so much more reasonable than other restaurants we went during the trip. Everything was just spectacular.

The room was immaculate and comfy. I highly recommend it for a weekend stay in New Plymouth. The location of the hotel is perfect. A short distance to the main attractions of New Plymouth is precious. I will stay here again.
