owners were personally involved and organised for us to park our fancy old car on their driveway so it wasn’t out in the public carpark overnight healthy pot plants and coffee nice touches. we didn’t think of breakfast there but it looked lovely

The woman at the front desk was lovely and professional. She couldn't do more to make sure we had enjoyed our stay. The unit was roomy with everything you could ask for. I thought I had left something behind and rang the hotel to enquire...again the young lady couldn't do enough to help.

Highly recommend this accommodation. I arrived later than I anticipated and the welcoming staff member was very kind and attentive. The locally made loaf of bread presented on arrival for the breakfast was a delicious treat for the following mornings breakfast. The beds were super comfortable and the apartment was presented simply but beautifully with an exceptional attention to cleanliness. Appreciated the raised bench in the bedrooms to hold luggage, instead of managing a suitcase on the floor. The Apartment was modern, cosy, private and quiet, with ample car parking right outside the door. Location was great with only a very short walk to the main street where we dined at the fabulous The Waimate Kitchen and Bar. Highly recommend staying if you get the opportunity and would stay again
