Everything was perfect. The staff worked hard to make your stay perfect. The camp is located far from the city in the heart of the desert. The rooms were clean and tidy to a high standard. Dinner and breakfast were very plentiful and delicious. In the morning, Khalid took us on a tour to explore Bedouin life and traditional living up close. It is worth the visit. We hope to return again.

This hotel is rather a villa which is perfect for families or groups of friends. Playground and self-catering facilities are very good and the owner / staff are more than helpful. Spectacular surroundings.

Perfect location on top of the dune. Large space between domes, giving total privacy. Small number of domes makes it feel more special and not the kind of resort style. The room was very comfortable! Simply amazing experience.

Anyone who knows me, knows that I never give 10/10 overall for all services. This was the FIRST TIME I have to give a perfect score to any hotel anywhere in the world. From the moment we arrived, we were pampered and treated as VVIPs. welcome drinks and valet parking. Our room had been decorated to accommodate our anniversary. The guest relations lady, Ahlam, went on my instagram, downloaded, printed and cut out photos, and arranged them with flowers on our bed. We were upgraded for free to a suite, we had complimentary cakes and fruit. We had complimentary drinks and snacks by the huge empty pool. Our dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Hell, Everything was exceptional, but the staff just made it magic.

Exceptional property. Staff is “Mashalha”. Very very cooperative and caring. Specially I want to thanks to Mr. Sanjay who is Manager here. He is so humble and kind towards each other and every guest that you can’t imagine. He is always there for any time to solve your problems personally. Thanks lot for this memorable experience.

Very good desert camp with incredible staff. They make sure your stay with them is perfect. Highly recommend this place if you want to 'escape' the real world and just relax in a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed our stay here! Especially the food and tea by the campfire in the evening.

If I get the chance in the future to go on holiday to Salalah again, I will definitely opt for this hotel. I had a relaxing time in this welcoming hotel. Everything matched my expectations. They have a shuttle bus for the guests who want to go to the beach. But above all, I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the personnel working at the front desk whose help was decisive in finding the cellphone I lost inside a cab. Thanks heaps! The location is also remarkable. There is the biggest Mall in town on the other side of the street and an excellent restaurant right next to the hotel where it is possible to eat healthy...not by chance it is called Healthylicious.
