Breakfast was average. I grabbed a coffee and a pastry plus a piece of fruit on exit. Location is close to the river. Great for walking and accessible to some fabulous restaurants. Room size was perfect for a 2 night stay.

I so recommend the hotel! We got an upgrade to a suite. We had beautiful view on the ocean, the room was spacious and always clean. The Staff was professional, always helpful and nice to all their guests. They surprise us with little gratitudes - snacks, drinks and in general tips how to see Madeira best. We used both swimming pools, jacuzzi, tenis court, and meals were tasty! Thank you!!

Excellent facilities and a very new hotel the staff were fantastically helpful friendly and efficient. The restaurant with its fantastic panoramic view was brilliant and the staff there, especially Viktor, Gui and Inesh deserve special mention.

The hotel is amazing! The rooms are beautiful and pampering. The views are breathtaking. The food served in the hotel's restaurant is very good and the service is great. We enjoyed a walk in the vineyards, using the audio-guide provided at the hotel and wine tasting activity which was also very interesting. Take into consideration that once you get to the hotel, you wouldn't want to leave, so plan your tour of this beautiful area, before or after arrival to the hotel
