It's a family place with heritage. Joaquim is an extraordinary host – he welcomed us with grace and true hospitality. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The bed linen and towels were crispy clean and of very good quality. Very quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast from local produce was very tasty.

An elegant property very close to the old city. Our room was spacious and beautiful. The whole staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic; a huge buffet spread of everything imaginable, and on top of that, a la carte main courses on offer as well. The Palacio had some many nice touches and 'spaces', including the large garden and pool, the bar area out front, the back patio etc. So glad we chose to spend a few nights here.
