I loved my stay at Palau Central Hotel. First, the bed was so incredibly comfortable, the mattress was perfectly soft and cozy and the bedding felt luxurious! The room was spacious, clean, and free of unnecessary clutter. The bathroom was great with a nice rainfall shower and the Toto toilet with heated seat and bidet was pure luxury. I had a balcony that faced the outdoor space with the pool and had a lovely view of the islands and water. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging rides for us as needed and assisting with luggage. The breakfast was good, I loved getting the made to order eggs every day. The location is great, walking distance to restaurants and some stores, very central to everything. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Palau!

Great location, clean and comfortable room with sea view, super friendly staff. Smooth airport pickup and drop off service , easy check in. Breakfast was always delicious :)

It was my mom’s birthday and they made her feel extra special by giving her decor for her room and happy birthdys sign and flowers. She was so happy!

This is a new hotel and a perfect choice for enjoying Palau. The place is isolated, no others hotels are in this side of the island at the moment. It’s totally new a modern but surrounded by nature. The hotel offers rooms for any budget and both views are astounding. Families are welcome the pool is huge, there is a playroom for kids, bicycles and an observation point at the rooftop. The staff is really nice. They help as much as the can like shuttles, organising private tours or dropping you at the beach with the cart. They try to make you a confortable stay full of memories. We really enjoy the food of chef Simon. Well done and many different options and tastes from many parts of the world. The breakfast is very complete and fresh flavours. There Spa offers Thailand massages, don’t miss it, because they are amazing, strong hand and de-stressing treatment. The island is the paradise of a snorkelling, scuba diving, discovering nature and enjoying a quiet and peaceful holidays. 100% recommended!

Staff is very professional and helpful, especially Nien Tai. We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia. Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!

Large clean rooms and nice swimming pool

They have the best staff and attendants. Very attentive to the customer's needs. They will go out of their way to make sure you are well taken cared off. Special mention to Ate Melody and the young Filipina lady. Thank you! Will be back for sure.

In particular the very friendly staff made my stay so nice. Always with a smile and a friendly greeting as you passed the reception area. The most friendly staff at any hotel I have ever stayed at made my stay exceptional. The room was clean, plenty of hot water in the shower beds were comfortable.
