Guest reviewThe staff were phenomenal- special shout out to Alamgir, Hamidul, Mohasin from the butler and food services, Rahma and Bourhan from the breakfast dining hall place for their impeccable services, and for taking care of our every need. They truly were exceptional. Loved the vibe and music at Sax whilst the food at Novikov was excellent. The room was big and spacious and the bed heavenly! Lovely Christmas tree and decor too.

Guest reviewExcepcional Hotel. A legit 5 star, Park Hyatt was an amazing surprise. My stay was beyond any expectation. In all aspects you consider to evaluate, they were spectacular. Location: Amazing, a few minutes walking to Souq Waquif Staff: Extremely helpful and warm, especially a man from Sri Lanka, which the name I forgot Infrastructure: Sophisticated, charming and conserved. Room: Outstanding, no flaws.
