Everything is amazing. From the views in the room, to the matress, the decoration, and not to forget the HUGE bath. The best breakfast I had in a hotel that I remember and, above all, the service. Special mention this time to Deeksith at the breakfast who heard me cough and came spontaneously with ginger tea and honey and to Élyas at the pool who is caring and provides excellent customer service. He noticed my habits and made sure I find my gazebo and towels everyday. Overall, the level of attention and care at St Regis is above average. I’ve never experienced it anywhere else in the world, while I travel a lot to 5-star hotels. Thanks to the whole team.
