We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ezdan Palace Hotel for the second time, and it was another wonderful experience for our 3-night stay. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness by the hotel staff, making us feel right at home. Initially, we were given a twin sharing room, but thanks to the responsive team, we quickly requested a change to a king-size bed with a lovely balcony, and they accommodated us without hesitation. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of options that catered to all tastes. Overall, our stay was delightful, and we will certainly return to Ezdan Palace Hotel in the future. Highly recommended!

Top class in everything as usual at Mandarin! The cutest thing was during the breakfast: they prepared cupcakes with Portugal flag for my little son as few days before he mentioned at reception that he was supporting Portugal during World Cup - exceptional customer service!!!!
