I like everything in the hotel. Special mention to very accomodating frontdesk staff. Very comfortable and relaxing. Nice and quiet. Breakfast is superb.

Friendly staffs, comfortable room and location!

We had an exceptional experience during our stay at the Mandarin Oriental to celebrate my wife's birthday. The entire team was incredibly attentive and made this moment unforgettable with numerous surprises that exceeded our expectations. A perfect stay in every way.

Everything specially the care and hospitality

- All staff were exceptionally helpful, very polite and welcoming - The Hotel was spotless clean, everywhere! - The bedroom was super spacious and had all the nice extras including dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries etc to make your stay more comfortable. - The bedroom was also very well equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine, which was very useful. - The Spa was unbelievable, it was clean, spacious, classy, and again with lovely staff. - The swimming pool and jacuzzi was fantastic, flawless and very clean - The restaurant and breakfast was beautiful, plentiful, tasty and service was excellent. - The 4 bars were really cool with individual stylish themes. - Perfect location and added bonus of having beach access. Ideal hotel for long stay or short stay visitors. We were treated like VIPs every day and the staff were so kind and helpful.. including sending a cheeky midnight burger from the 24hr room service menu!!!

The gym and spa were a hidden gem — state-of-the-art, peaceful, and practically all to myself. It felt like my own private wellness retreat! Extremely good staff at this hotel - every person we interacted with was a hospitality star. The staff somehow managed to anticipate our every need in a subtle way that we didn't feel interrupted, and we never had to ask for anything. Put it this way, if I were to choose one service team to meet me at every hotel we stay at, it would be this team. 10/10 guest focused and a top service experience not only in Doha but anywhere in the world. Everything was absolutely fantastic from the moment you step in the valet area up until you check out. The staff are great, cheerful, professional, helpful and just an absolute pleasure to be around. I’d like to thank Mitesh , Si Thu who were super helpful in every way. Salma and especially Ezzo from Tawlet Yvonne restaurant who were an absolute delight to be around and the reason we went to the hotel each and everyday. And last but not least, the hotel’s number 1 super star , the point everyone agrees about in this property and that’s Mr Khaled at the front desk / reception, I don’t think there is anything left to me said after all the other reviews left by others except that he is hands down the best staff I’ve dealt with in all my years and stays in the many hotels I’ve been to all over the world. You just leave with a smile on your face once you’re done talking to him, he simply makes everything seem effortless and simple. This was an overall great experience and we will definitely be back just to live the great experience again.
