Everything was great! The hotel, the room, facilities, restaurant… staff are very friendly and helpful and always asking always if we need anything! The hotel is excellent and very confortable! For sure, we stay there next trip to qatar! Would like to say thank you to all staff

The staff were phenomenal- special shout out to Alamgir, Hamidul, Mohasin from the butler and food services, Rahma and Bourhan from the breakfast dining hall place for their impeccable services, and for taking care of our every need. They truly were exceptional. Loved the vibe and music at Sax whilst the food at Novikov was excellent. The room was big and spacious and the bed heavenly! Lovely Christmas tree and decor too.

It was short couple break which was planned last minute. We decided to spend it in Qatar, but in a quiet area far from city centre and diplomatic area . Although The OQ was attractive logo, there were only few reviews that can help to make a decision to stay there in such special break, but the price and photos of high floors and sea views were attractive… and thanks God the reality was beyond our expectations. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with that lovely smile, warm reception and chat from Sufian, Hajar, Yasin and all the guys at the entrance associated with big wows about the OQ decoration and beauty. The team choice of our suite 1103 was another story started from the spacious area,balcony sea views and the suite’s decoration and ambiance completed by special warm and gentle welcoming card, complementary sweet tray and red flowers bouquet from the famous name in hotels’ hospitality Chole Chlala (The OQ GM) which took our breath away:) Mr.Rashaunt’s touch for the red flowers on the bed, Ms. Prushanthani housekeeping team leader added some special warm feelings as soon as we entered. Don’t miss such modern and new luxurious Hotel-don’t wait long to plan your next trip to Qatar- there is a team that is thrilled to have you in their OQ to experience the energy, style and warmth that make their hotel and hospitality so special. From my experience, they are committed to make your stay unforgettable one. Don’t miss sunset and sunrise from high floors which catch the breath with the pool view and landing airplanes to Hamad’s International Airport.

What was meant to be a little treat as a part of my layover in Doha turned into a genuinely memorable experience. From the moment I stepped in (even though it was quite late due to a delayed flight), I felt very welcome. I received a warm reception at the front desk, which made the check-in process very smooth and enjoyable. The room itself was fantastic: spacious, spotlessly clean, and clearly thoughtfully designed. Floor-to-ceiling windows brought in a lot of natural light, while the lighting and curtains controls were all conveniently located right next to the bed. Abundant storage space, universal power outlets, and a large table all added an extra layer of comfort. The bathroom was also impressively large and luxurious and included high-quality amenities. Special mention must go to the housekeeping team, whose clear attention to detail made the room feel pristine. I can also fully recommend the breakfast, with a broad selection, freshly prepared egg meals, and excellent coffee. Staff were also consistently professional and hospitable. The concierge team was also very helpful, ready to answer questions or assist with arranging a taxi.

I spent few days at W and the experience was amazing. For the nice welcome reception I want to thank you Florina and also for what she and Tunc did when I had an engineering issue by upgrading me in Wow Suite. They are a really asset for your team and for sure I will return. Thank u dears to make my days amazing .

I had an excellent experience at Embassy Suites Doha. The service was outstanding, especially from the Indian female cleaner, who was very polite and professional. I also thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant, the pool, and all the amenities the hotel offers. The reception staff and security guards were courteous and helpful. I did notice one Filipina staff member at the reception who seemed a bit rude, but overall, my stay was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely amazing experience every part of this hotel exceeded my expectations. The entire team from the reception to valet to housekeeping was simply outstanding! I truly felt like royalty during my stay. The level of service, attention to detail, and warmth from the staff made me feel so special like a princess! And honestly for the price, it's an absolute steal. This place deserves way more than what it charges. Highly recommended

Beautiful hotel, beautiful luxurious rooms, the staff we so courteous. We tried the Lebanese and then the Korean restaurants and the food and service was amazing. The pool and sauna were the cherry on top.
