Guest reviewNew hotel in Subotica. I liked the hospitality of the staff, especially Isabel. I was offered refreshments upon arrival late in the evening. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. Breakfast was great, great selection of local food. I will definitely come back here again.

Guest reviewHotel is amazing in every aspect you can think of. The breakfast is so tasty, so many choices, the staff is super accommodating, friendly, professional, willing to help with whatever you need. It has valet parking and a garage. The pool area is very clean and offers complementary water/fruit water. We were welcomed with a drink upon arriving and sweets in the room. The cleaning ladies are doing a great job every day, even if you call for them later in the day (had our room cleaned on the second day after 3pm while we were at lunch). All in all, one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Big thanks to our concierge Miloš who made sure we had everything we needed and much more!

The private spa and large balcony were superb. Truly a highlight for us! We loved our stay here so much that we extended an extra night. Walking distance to the heart of Vrnjacka Banja.

Guest reviewWe truly enjoyed our stay here :) I would especially like to highlight the staff - they were very kind and understanding. We stayed in touch 24/7 during our trip, and they even checked us in very late at night, which allowed us to rest well after a long journey. The soundproofing was excellent, the room had all the necessary amenities, and the hotel itself is new and fresh. The location was perfect for us as we were just passing through, and it was very easy to find. I really recommend staying here.
