From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and a refreshing welcome drink. Isabel at the front desk greeted us so kindly and made us feel completely at home. She even made sure we had fresh fruit during our stay – a truly thoughtful and generous gesture. Our room was pure comfort and relaxation – beautifully clean, the beds were extremely comfortable (some of the best we’ve ever slept on!), and the bathroom was spotless and perfect. Everything about the room felt pampering and cozy – we thoroughly enjoyed every moment in it. The hotel also offers wonderful features for families: Outside, there are two adorable rabbits and a squirrel, as well as slides and outdoor play areas for children. Inside, there are also games and activities – our child was absolutely thrilled and couldn’t stop smiling! Before we left for the airport, we needed to weigh our luggage, and when we asked if they had a scale, they brought one for us immediately – no hesitation, just kindness and service. This level of hospitality is truly exceptional. We've never experienced such care, attention to detail, and warmth at any hotel we've stayed in. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. A heartfelt thank you to Isabel and the entire team – you made our stay truly special. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing experience. Everything was absolutely great: the staff is very helpful, the room is spacious and has everything you need and even more, the SPA zone is very comfortable, the breakfast is delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay here :) I would especially like to highlight the staff - they were very kind and understanding. We stayed in touch 24/7 during our trip, and they even checked us in very late at night, which allowed us to rest well after a long journey. The soundproofing was excellent, the room had all the necessary amenities, and the hotel itself is new and fresh. The location was perfect for us as we were just passing through, and it was very easy to find. I really recommend staying here.
