Very spacious room with an incredible view of Ihema lake. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. And Monique is an excellent chef. Great location for visiting Akagera park.

Absolutely amazing stay at Akagera Park Inn. Location is very convenient at just 3 min from the park entrance. Rooms are impeccable, the pool is amazing and the food delicious. Emmy and chef Daniel went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible. Thank you!

It was very clean and comfortable

It was the tip until now at 5 countries in Africa .From the start until the end of was so professional and helpful.The taxi driver (partner of the hotel ) so friendly and knowledgeable.The Villa amazing design,so clean and the owner Justin she is cooking unbelievable cooking food like be in my country (Greece ) Mediterranean.Simply the best in Kigali and around Africa !!!!!!!!!

Was really nice to be there with my boyfriend,Sandra the reception was friendly and customers care is their priorities We went for hiking in volcanoes national Park but when we came back even if we were checking out they was still taking care of us We will come back Was magical to stay to your resort

My family and I have just spent 3 fantastic nights in Umutozo lodge. The location is genuinely breathtaking, on the shores of lake Kivu. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel totally at home. The staff are all exceptionally helpful and friendly. I can honestly say I have never stayed at a place that has such a joyful, communal feel to it. I had read that dinner is served communally and as a reserved Englishman I wasn’t sure if I liked that idea but in reality it was truly lovely. It gave my family and I an opportunity to meet fellow travellers from around the world and it made the whole experience so homely. We loved it. The owner Phillipe is extremely hands on and a wonderful host. A very interesting, humble man, it was a pleasure to meet him. Similarly Eric, the hotel manager is someone my family and I will never forget. A lovely man and very helpful. I would highly recommend visiting Rwanda and any visit to Rwanda would not be complete without a stay at Umutuzo lodge. To all the team, thanks for making our stay so special

Food is very good. Planting alongside rooms is beautiful. Rooms are separate villas and are huge. with excellent bathrooms, also huge. Staff are extremely helpful. Good location near to national park. Quiet. Spa will be a great addition when it opens.

The lush grounds are vast and scenic. Everything is well maintained and the staff work hard to keep it that way.

We had an exceptional wonderful stay at Umurobyio Lodge. It's the perfect place to unwind and immerse oneself in the beautiful nature of Rwanda. The Lodge offers everything one would need for an unforgettable holiday.The scenic views from all angles over Lake Kivu are breathtaking. The staff were incredibly attentive, always helpful and friendly, catering to our needs with a warm smile. The hospitality of the owners and the whole team made us feel truly welcome. The food was a highlight - fresh, delicious, and healthy, a feast for both the eyes and the palate.  Our room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable, complete with a spacious balcony offering a fantastic view over the lake.  We had a wonderful experience and we can only recommend the Lodge for a perfect holiday.
