Owner Philippe is a truly kind and warm person. Whole staff is smiling and does its best to satisfy you in a simple but very professionnal way like the manager Éric. Food options are simply delicicious and healthy. Activities offered are various (island hopping, community sharing...) and very reasonably priced. Wish Philippe and his team a deserved success story!

They even helped to recommend tour agencies and drivers when we were planning our itineraries. The resort is helping women to get quality job. The resort is very close to the headquarter of Volcanoes National Park, just a 20 minutes drive, so we get to prepare our activities in the Park with ease. The kitchen of the hotel is pretty nice too, as a vegan, they provide me a lot of options.

The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The room was large and was perfectly clean. Breakfast was included in the price and was generous, tasty and was ready on the expected time after I pre-ordered the night before. The hotel is at 10-15 minutes walk (5 minutes with Move or Taxi) from the KCC and the location is very safe to walk in even on the evening. I did not tried Lunch or Dinner, so can not comment about the food.
