Very professional services and great customer experience. The view from the room is also very nice. Room service is excellent. They upgraded my reservation for free, which was very kind of them. Maram and Atheer provided us with excellent hospitality and service. All the facilities were excellent. I will come back again and recommend Le Reve Hotel to all of you.

Our stay in the hotel was amazing. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very welcoming and supportive, especially Elan. She provided all information about hotel and even upgraded our rooms to a suite. The suite was very clean, spacious with a big comfortable bed, big very clean bathroom with all amenities, soft bathrobes and slippers. We also had a nice tasty dinner at the hotel in the evening.

Our stay at St Regis Red Seas was beyond perfect! From the stunning ocean views to the pristine sandy beaches, every moment felt like paradise. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was covered. The Dune room was our favorite it spacious, beautifully decorated, and just steps from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy those morning sunrises. The food was incredible, with a variety of fresh, local options that catered to every craving. Relaxing, luxurious, and unforgettable – this resort truly deserves more than five stars!

stayed for one night at Luxury Hotel Suites Taif, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The place is a hidden gem—extremely neat, clean, and surprisingly spacious. The rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and perfect for families. The staff were courteous and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Al Bandari Al Harbi, who exemplifies excellence in customer service. She consistently demonstrates politeness, professionalism, and a commitment to going the extra mile. Ms. Al Harbi assisted me with my reservation, encouraged me to inspect the room, and advised me to report any issues that fell short of my expectations. Additionally, she provided complimentary coffee courtesy of the hotel and explained how the taxi and Uber systems operate. I have no complaints regarding my experience. I commend the hotel management for choosing to employ such a customer-oriented individual, who undoubtedly deserves recognition as a leader in customer service.

The staff at Banan were excellent. Mr Ibrahim went above and beyond to cater to our needs and was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be booking again.
