Absolutely everything about this place is 5 star. The staff are amazing and create a wonderful vibe and extremely helpful and caring. The food is fantastic and the setting is like paradise. A special thank you to Reagan for looking after us during our stay. To Javed and Kaoutar for setting up our amazing beach surprise. The management and staff at the beach club and the Japanese restaurant and the breakfast club for showing their exceptional service and making us feel at home and welcome. Everyone we met was so kind and that for me makes the stay even more memorable. The best 5 star resort I’ve ever stayed and it will take a lot of effort to compete with The St Regis. Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. . The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome right away. Thanks to Ahmed the manager for upgrading my reservation and to Rati for assisting with a smooth check in process. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with a cozy yet modern vibe. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh options, and the staff were attentive and made sure everything was replenished promptly.
