We loved this beautiful hotel. The rooms are so well designed and comfortable. The layout of all the trees surrounding the walkways was lovely. Check-in was carried out online the day before our visit. When our flight was delayed by 6 hours, I was worried we would lose the room as our arrival would be significantly later than we had agreed. I emailed the hotel explaining the problem and they not only accepted a revised arrival time, but also gave us a later check out so we could sleep in a bit. We were so grateful for that. Finding the hotel from the airport was super easy and we had a lovely stay.

I loved the hotel. The room is huge, with everything needed: shower kit, umbrella, a shopping bag, tea and coffee, etc. We were able to use the pool and shower after checkout. The service was great. Breakfast was good, not as crowdy as described in some reviews, we could always sit.

Staff were friendly and helpful we dropped our bags there a couple hours before 3pm check in. Room was spacious and clean and well equipped much bigger than other rooms we stayed in Singapore at similar prices. Edmar was lovely to deal with and Nica and Cora were very helpful on WhatsApp even offered to hold onto our bags until 6pm after our 11am checkout.
