I ordered Collection Club Lifestyle King room and I asked for a bathtub. I got the room on the 15-th floor. The room was very nice and clean and it has a bathtub! As a Collection Club member I had access to the Lounge. The lounge open in the morning for breakfast, between 15:00 - 17:00 for the afternoon tea and between 18:00 - 20:00 for the evening cocktail. I was surprised by the variety of the small sandwiches, cakes, cookies, berries and beverages. All of them were very delicious! The Lounge are on the 16-th floor, it has perfect view on the city! The very beautiful live orchid was on every table. In the same floor as the Lounge there is a beautiful garden. A wide choice of Japanese foods was during the evening cocktail, small cakes, fruits and berries and of course the cocktails! In the room there is a beautiful panel to control the inside climate and lights. On the 5-th floor there is a pool and a gym. The service includes daily room cleaning, towels replacement, filling of amenities, tea bags and coffee capsules. There is a tap of the filtered drinking water in the sink. I want to thank the lounge team: Dona, Ana, Jetrix, Leslie and all others that I don’t know their names. Especially I would like to thank the chef Sylvia who made my stay at the hotel incredibly delicious! At check out the receptionist told me that the deposit of 500 S$ will be returned after validation that nothing was broken or spoiled during 5-7 work days. I asked to order me a taxi to the airport and the taxi arrived after a few minutes.

Very good location, walking distance from everything, but not crowded, nice amenities, food available 24/7 - very useful for jet-lag :). I extremely enjoyed the normal balcony on the 20th floor with fresh air and nice views! I think it's a good idea for all Singapore hotels to have more services to fight with Jet-lag, most of visitors are coming from the west and have about 7-8 hrs diff with Singapore, we could not sleep before 5am at all. So i would prefer breakfast till 3 pm, or the pool working all night. Just as advice. :)

- amazing room - I really appreciated minibar, beer as free gift in price of premier room -wide possibility of pillows and beautiful Japan toilet style - regular tea with nice serving on the room -amazing pool on the top of the roof with nice view -big TV screen -possibility to deposit luggage during last day of check-out -speciallity of the day served during breakfast

There was a minor issue and it was rectified quickly. Otherwise, the stay was very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and made sure we were very comfortable. Location 2as great.

Room is clean, well equipped. Amazing terrace and the view, very friendly staff. Digitalisation (there’s some pros and cons).
