Gorgeous hotel with lovely personnel. We got a room upgrade for our 25th wedding anniversary. Our room on the 13th floor had beautiful views over the city, a bathtub from which you could admire the night sky! Room was of good size and layout. Sliding doors to separate bed and sofa area from bath/shower. Electronic day and night shades for privacy. Breakfast was of ample choice and cheerful personnel. Rooftop pool with steamroom. Hotels location unbeatable, good connections with metro and walking distance to many places. Highly recommended

The location was fantastic! We had a bay view room overlooking Marina Bay Sands, on the 13th floor! The room was very spacious and modern with floor to ceiling windows. The atrium of the hotel was amazing with flowers and plants trailing the inner courtyard area. The pool area was also lovely, with lots of beds, and water was warm and great to swim in.

Room was fairly large. The toilet, shower and basins were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Room service was exceptional - we were provided with a note from the person cleaning our room with a special glasses cleaner for use to use as he/she noticed we wore glasses. Nice tough. The restaurants in hotel were amazing. We loved the pool area. There was always a staff member to help with towells and drinks. The staff throughout were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone was so polite. It felt like home. We travel a lot and this rates as one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Close to Orchard Road and 200m from MRT. So convenient. Thanks to the entire staff.
